Did you know that if you have a current account with benefits, you can get a discount on your travel money as well as lots of other benefits. To order your reduced rate travel money, you can either call us or order online through the membership hub.
Things to remember when ordering travel money

You can order up to 10 days in advance and choose a delivery date to suit you.
- Orders placed before 2pm can be collected or delivered after 1pm the next working day*
- Orders placed after 2pm can be collected or delivered after 1pm in 2 working days
There are geographical restrictions in certain regions of Scotland (Fife and Angus,Perthshire, Argyll, Aberdeenshire*, Moray & Speyside, Highlands and Islands and the Channel Islands) which may mean some orders take an additional working day for delivery.
*Note - some branches in Aberdeen city centre have next day delivery. Check with your branch if you need more information.

All our currencies and foreign Travellers Cheques are commission free, only sterling Travellers Cheques incur 1% commission (min £3, max £25).
Home delivery orders for less than £500 will incur a delivery fee of £5, branch delivery is free for all orders.
An emergency next day delivery service is available from 3pm-3.30pm in branch, but this will incur an additional fee of £5. Orders will be available for collection in branch from 1pm the next working day. There is no delivery to branches on Saturdays or Sundays, therefore, for collection from branches open on Saturdays, orders must be placed on Thursday by 2pm).

There is a minimum order value of £100 and maximum of £2,500 per transaction. In addition there is a £5,000 order limit in a 60 day period.
If you need Euros and US dollars in a hurry, we can help. Some of our branches stock pre-packed amounts of €100, €150, €500, $200 or $750, so you can buy your cash when it suits you
Sell back your leftovers
When you return from your trip, we will gladly buy back your leftover foreign currency notes and Travellers Cheques, providing the notes are in an acceptable condition. Remember, we don't buy back coins or certain denominations of bank notes and will only purchase currency that we deal in at that time.
